Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the CannaCustom website and your engagement of CannaCustom's design and advisory services. By booking a consult, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
CannaCustom provides interior design, electrical-coordination, and horticultural-systems design and advisory services for legal home cultivation spaces. This includes lighting layout, climate and ventilation planning, irrigation design, odor and containment planning, and related consulting.
CannaCustom does not sell, cultivate, transport, package, or otherwise handle cannabis, seeds, clones, or any controlled substance at any point. We do not perform electrical or structural installation work ourselves — that work is coordinated with independently licensed contractors and electricians whom you engage directly.
2. Your responsibility for legality
You are solely responsible for confirming that home cultivation is legal in your state and locality, and for complying with all applicable plant-count limits, security requirements, residency requirements, and permit or licensing obligations. Nothing on this site or provided during a consult constitutes legal advice. CannaCustom does not knowingly design for jurisdictions where home cultivation is not permitted, and reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if we believe a project is not legally compliant.
3. Consults, deposits, and payment
- A $50 deposit is required to reserve a consult slot. The deposit is credited in full toward the price of whichever design package you subsequently book.
- If, after the consult, we determine your space is not a fit for our services (for example, due to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction or a structural limitation we cannot design around), the deposit is refunded in full.

- Package pricing is as listed on the site at time of booking, or as quoted directly for custom/full-service engagements. Prices are subject to change for future bookings but not for engagements already confirmed.
4. Revisions and scope
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope of a package — including significant changes to space, plant count, or budget after design work has started — may require a change order and additional fee, which we will always discuss and agree with you before proceeding.
5. No warranty on outcomes
We design systems to the specifications and goals discussed during your consult, using industry-standard practices. We do not guarantee specific yields, growth outcomes, or that a design will be free of all defects once installed, since installation quality depends on the contractors and equipment you choose. We do warrant that our designs are prepared with reasonable professional care.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CannaCustom's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost crops.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to engagements booked after the update date shown above; they do not retroactively change the terms of an engagement already confirmed.
