2. How we use it
- To respond to your consult request and schedule a walkthrough

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
We share limited information with:
- Our payment processor, to process your deposit or package payment. They receive only what's needed to process the transaction.
- Licensed contractors or electricians you choose to engage, only with your permission, and only the design specifications relevant to their part of the work.
We do not share your information with cannabis retailers, seed banks, or any cannabis-product business, since we don't work with them.
4. How long we keep it
We retain consult and project records for as long as needed to deliver your engagement and for a reasonable period after (typically up to 3 years) for our own recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal obligation to keep it.
5. Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to any records we're required to keep.
- You can opt out of any follow-up communications at any time.
