Deposit & Refund Policy
Your $50 deposit reserves your consult slot and is credited toward your final package price. It's refunded in full if we determine your space isn't a fit for our services. It's non-refundable if you simply change your mind after the consult has taken place.
1. What the deposit covers
The $50 deposit reserves your consult walkthrough slot (video or on-site, depending on your location) and secures your place in our scheduling queue. It is not a separate fee on top of your package price — it's credited in full toward whichever package you book afterward.
2. When it's refunded

3. How to request a refund
Email hello@cannacustom.online with your name and the email or phone number used when booking. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
4. Package payments after the deposit
Any remaining balance for a booked package is due according to the schedule agreed with you at booking — typically a portion at kickoff and the remainder at delivery for smaller packages, or milestone-based for larger builds. Refunds on work already delivered (a finished design spec, for example) are handled case by case, since design work has real time and expertise already invested in it once delivered.
